Our bodies adapt to uncorrected spinal stress by depositing calcium into affected joints. As if the body is trying to mend a broken bone, it attempts to “repair” the malfunctioning spinal joint by joining the two segments together! We call this slow, relentless, degenerative process.

This process worsens with time. If neglected or possibily ignored, this condition quietly progresses without obvious symptoms, and when it becomes too painful, it can affect your ability to work, forcing you to take time off.

As with tooth decay, early detection of spinal degeneration can help avoid painful symptoms and possible permanent damage.

Spinal checks are provided free to Employers for their employees.
Carried out in the employee’s place of work, each spinal check takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Our chiropractorswill discuss the spinal check with the employee and give appropriate advice on the chiropractic treatment options available to rectify or reduce the problem.

The chiropractors cannot diagnose on how problem/s occurred but can
inform the employee on how the problem may affect them if the condition is left untreated and what they can do to improve the situation.

The employee can then choose for themself what course of action is the most appropriate for them.

All chiropractors working on behalf of the Wellbeing Clinic are fully qualified
and are members of the General Chiropractic Council.
